Shipping policy

As Court's Curio Shop is a small business that is just starting out, processing times will vary as we adjust to sales volume. The owner of Court's Curio Shop is a full-time third shift employee, so at the launch of our site, processing will be estimated at 5-7 days to provide enough time in between work for orders to be packed and shipped out. If we receive a higher volume of sales, we will update the processing time ASAP on the homepage of our site. 

Packages will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the customer's choice, and will provide tracking numbers for your package so that you may have the security of knowing where your package is during its journey to you, and when the estimated delivery date/time is.

Shipping costs are determined by the following factors: the quantity of items in the order, the total weight of the items in the shipment, and the location that the package is being shipped to. The shipping costs are automatically determined based on these factors, and unfortunately cannot be changed. There will be a $4 handling fee on all orders to help cover the cost of shipping supplies and time. Each crystal we sell varies in its size and weight, so we do our best to put our weights in as the average weight of that particular item. Some items may be lighter, some may be heavier, but that's because no two crystals are the same!

All products purchased will be packed with as much protection as possible, and as our business grows, we will continue to explore different options for environmentally friendly protection for our products. So please be kind, as the beginning of the journey is always a bit harder when it comes to having the money for more sustainable product. If you have any suggestions on places we can find cheap but sustainable packaging and protection, please email us, we would love advice and feedback! If any products become damaged or broken during transit, we may offer in-store credit. 

All prices on our website are listed in USD, but can be displayed in many currencies during checkout. Unfortunately, we will not be supporting worldwide delivery at first, but as the business grows, we plan to add shipping to as many countries as we can!
