FAQ & Return Policy

Processing, Shipping & Delivery:

As Court's Curio Shop is a small business that is just starting out, processing times will vary as we adjust to sales volume. The owner of Court's Curio Shop is a full-time third shift employee, so at the launch of our site, processing will be estimated at 5-7 days to provide enough time in between work for orders to be packed and shipped out. If we receive a higher volume of sales, we will update the processing time ASAP on the homepage of our site. 

Packages will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the customer's choice, and will provide tracking numbers for your package so that you may have the security of knowing where your package is during its journey to you, and when the estimated delivery date/time is.

Shipping costs are determined by the following factors: the quantity of items in the order, the total weight of the items in the shipment, and the location that the package is being shipped to. The shipping costs are automatically determined based on these factors, and unfortunately cannot be changed. There will be a $4 handling fee on all orders to help cover the cost of shipping supplies and time. Each crystal we sell varies in its size and weight, so we do our best to put our weights in as the average weight of that particular item. Some items may be lighter, some may be heavier, but that's because no two crystals are the same!

All products purchased will be packed with as much protection as possible, and as our business grows, we will continue to explore different options for environmentally friendly protection for our products. So please be kind, as the beginning of the journey is always a bit harder when it comes to having the money for more sustainable product. If you have any suggestions on places we can find cheap but sustainable packaging and protection, please email us, we would love advice and feedback! If any products become damaged or broken during transit, we may offer in-store credit. 

All prices on our website are listed in USD, but can be displayed in many currencies during checkout. Unfortunately, we will not be supporting worldwide delivery at first, but as the business grows, we plan to add shipping to as many countries as we can! 

Return Policy:

 No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted; on products or gift cards. All sales are final. Please be sure to double check your cart and ensure all items ordered are items you wanted/needed to order, as refunds will not be given for items that are ordered 'accidentally'.

If a wrong address was given at checkout, please email us to correct it before the package is marked as shipped. Failure to do so will result in the package being delivered to the wrong address, or returned to Court's Curio Shop as a 'Return to Sender' package from the post office. If this type of incident occurs, no kind of refund will be made; no exceptions. To avoid this, please ensure the address you use at checkout is 100% accurate. Some packages may potentially need to be signed for when they arrive to prevent loss and theft. Lost or stolen packages will also not be refunded or re-shipped. Once the package leaves the hands of Court's Curio Shop, we no longer have responsibility or control over that package. All packages will be shipped with tracked shipping to give clarity on delivery times and dates to avoid theft and missing packages.

Crystals and all other items we sell are packed with care to ensure safe travel during transit. If you receive a damaged or broken product, you may be eligible for store credit. If this happens, please send us an email.

Disclaimers:

**Natural crystals may include natural pitting, fracture lines, dents on the edges which are natural and could not be polished or smoothed out, and inclusions. Natural forming crystals are not perfect, but these imperfections are what make each piece unique. Colors may vary from the photos taken due to the settings on your phone or monitor display and reflections on the polished crystal surface. Each crystal purchased is chosen intuitively for the purchaser by us here at Court's Curio Shop. The photos we use are photos we have personally taken of items in our inventory, but unless the products are specifically split up to give the purchaser the option of which variant they'd like to purchase, the product you purchase is not guaranteed to be the exact product in the photo. Also, no props in the background of our photos are included in our listings, and every listing for our products that has crystal props in the background have disclaimers stating that they are not part of the product listing. We are constantly finding new ways to take better photos, so the photos on our site may change periodically as we find new ways to take better photos.**

Customer Service Inquiries:

We will do our best to answer all customer service inquiries within 5-10 business days. Our small business is only two employees, both of whom work full-time jobs for the time being -- so we will do our best to be as prompt as possible when it comes to replying to customer service inquiries. Despite having full-time jobs, our business comes first and we will make sure to put our customers first. No questions that have answers within our FAQ will be answered, so please be sure to read all of our policies and FAQ contents before sending your inquiry.
