Raw Obsidian Chunks

You will receive ONE raw obsidian stone, intuitively chosen. These raw obsidian stones vary in size, anywhere from 1.2"-1.5". These raw stones are sourced from Mexico. Quarter in the photo is for size reference.

ABOUT: Obsidian is a naturally occurring volcanic glass formed when lava extruded from a volcano cools rapidly with minimal crystal growth. Obsidian is an igneous rock. It is hard, brittle and amorphous; it fractures with sharp edges. Obsidian was first mentioned in the Latin scripted book “Natural History” by Pliny the Elder in 77 AD. 

SPIRITUAL/HEALING PROPERTIES: Obsidian is a powerful protector and helps rid one’s environment of all the junk polluting it. It also helps to cleanse negativity from one’s space. Obsidian also aids in bringing out one’s creative energies and keeps them flowing easily and freely.
